The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with umbrella pine trees and features a pleasant shaded covered terrace.

All 3 bedrooms are quiet and overlook the garden.
The property also includes:

2 newly renovated shower rooms
2 toilets
Secure parking space for up to 2 vehicles in the garden driveway

The brand-new fully equipped kitchen is extremely practical and includes:

Microwave oven
Induction cooktop
Dishwasher
Plenty of storage space

The two shower rooms have also been completely renovated.

A walk-in Italian-style shower

A large vanity unit with a wide mirror

2 bedrooms, each equipped with one large 130 × 190 cm bed and one single 80 × 190 cm bed
1 bedroom equipped with one double 140 × 190 cm bed

Bed linen and household linens are not provided. However, they can be rented directly through the concierge service.

Guests have access to the entire villa and the garden under the pine trees.

A small independent studio located at the back of the property may occasionally be occupied by the owner.

Please note: access to the street is restricted by a barrier between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you need to use your car in the morning, please make sure to move it in or out before or after these hours.

An independent small studio at the end of the parking driveway may occasionally be occupied by the owner.

In July and August, rentals are available by full week only.
